The Opportunity
The Head of Affiliates & Agents owns CoinPoker 's partner acquisition and the teams behind it. Affiliates are the engine, and the mandate is to build the program into one of the platform's largest sources of new players. The role owns both programs end to end, decides which model fits which market, and is judged on the rake those partners produce against what they cost.
Key Responsibilities:
Own partner acquisition strategy and P&L across both programs, deciding which model fits which market and how resource is split between the two as priorities shift.
