Properstar connects real estate buyers, renters, and agents, here and everywhere. Buyers and renters find their next home with us, locally or across borders. Agents reach them in countries they couldn't otherwise sell into, in languages they don't speak.
Our Product & Marketing department grows the brand and our footprint. Small team, no fluff. We acquire new users, nurture them, qualify them, and turn them into customers. We believe in a new way of working, where AI is fundamental: you direct, you don't execute.
About the job
You own B2B growth end to end. Our database holds some 140,000 real estate agency offices and 640,000 agents. You turn more of them into active, engaged and paying users. AI does the heavy lifting, you steer it.
Three targets: B2B revenue, monthly active users, and mobile adoption.
That means real segmentation, not the same email sent to everyone. A solo agent in Lisbon and a 40-office network in Madrid don't need the same message. You get agents onto the app, push self-serve purchases through the dashboard, design offers that convert, and use content and every relevant channel to move them along.
