Properstar connects real estate buyers, renters, and agents, here and everywhere. Buyers and renters find their next home with us, locally or across borders. Agents reach them in countries they couldn't otherwise sell into, in languages they don't speak.

Our Product & Marketing department grows the brand and our footprint. Small team, no fluff. We acquire new users, nurture them, qualify them, and turn them into customers. We believe in a new way of working, where AI is fundamental: you direct, you don't execute.

About the job

You own B2C growth end to end. You bring buyers and renters to Properstar . You keep them coming back. AI does the heavy lifting, you steer it.

That means multichannel acquisition and a lifecycle that runs from first visit to repeat visit. Search, paid social, email, push, app. The app comes first.

One gap matters most. People start with research: what a flat costs in Lisbon, how to rent in Spain as a foreigner. Later, they search for a home. Today we don't connect the two. You build that bridge.

2027 is the year we build and test the engine. 2028 is the year we scale it, with a large paid push in France, Spain, and Switzerland.
