Head of Compliance

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are building a multi-product ecosystem across mining, wallets, earn products, B2B infrastructure and other digital-asset services, operating through multiple legal entities and jurisdictions with products at different stages of maturity and regulation.

We are looking for a Head of Compliance to lead the compliance function across EMCD 's international crypto ecosystem. The role combines regulatory strategy, operational compliance and business partnership. You will support multiple products and legal entities across different jurisdictions, helping the business scale while keeping regulatory and financial-crime risk clear and manageable.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the group-level compliance framework across EMCD products and legal entities.

Lead AML/CTF, sanctions, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, Travel Rule, and customer/counterparty risk controls.

Define regulatory and licensing strategy across existing and new markets.

Support new product launches and market entry by identifying regulatory risks and designing workable compliance structures.
