Role Summary

We’re hiring a Head of Growth to own how LottieFiles acquires, activates, and retains users — and to build the marketing and growth team that can run that system.

This is not a brand-only Head of Marketing seat, and it’s not a sales leadership seat. You own the user side of the business: registered users, MAU, activation, and the full marketing stack that feeds it (organic, product marketing, lifecycle, community, developer marketing, paid). You’ll sit with leadership on positioning and bets, then turn those into a team, a weekly operating rhythm, and numbers that move.

You’ll inherit a working marketing org and a clear mandate: make growth a system, hire the gaps, kill channels that don’t work, and scale usage on the products that bring the next...
