Demand is completely solved through our paid advertising and in-house sales team, meaning you will never have to find a client. Your job is to run and grow the machine that delivers for them.

This is a senior seat reporting directly to the founder. You will have true ownership of the delivery side of the business and share in the financial upside as we scale.

What You Will Own

• Time-to-fill: Managing the timeline from signed client to placed candidate. • The Bench: Maintaining a pipeline of fully screened, interview-ready candidates for our highest-volume roles. • Team Performance: Leading an operations coordinator, recruiters/screeners, and sourcing support while establishing productivity standards and scorecards. • Quality Control: Ensuring placement quality and 90-day retention (replacements come directly out of our margin). • Process Optimization: Managing our ATS pipeline...
