Adhesive Media is one of the fastest-growing YouTube sponsorship agencies in the world. We connect YouTubers with brands, and we're scaling fast. Our 2026 target is $14M in deals closed. Our 2032 vision is $100M+ in partnership volume. We're not there yet, and that's exactly why this role exists.

We're hiring a Head of Sales to own New Business entirely: recruiting top YouTubers into our creator network and bringing in the brands that want to reach them.

It really doesn't matter if you haven't been a Head of Sales before. As long as you're hungry, hardworking, and eager to build out massive campaigns - this is for you.

This role is for someone who has done the work, not just managed people who do it. We need someone who can build the system, work the system, and eventually hire underneath themselves. If you've been in sales for 10 years but haven't written a cold email sequence in 3, this isn't the right fit.
