High-Volume Internal Recruiter

Location: Remote (EST hours preferred, PST overlap welcome) Type: Full-Time Team: Cross-Functional Recruiting

We’re looking for a High-Volume Internal Recruiter to help scale our teams across operations, customer success, admin, and more. In this role, you’ll own a fast-moving pipeline of diverse roles, ensuring speed, structure, and quality from first outreach to final offer. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, optimize recruiting workflows, and keep candidates informed and engaged every step of the way.

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and job families

Source, screen, and qualify candidates efficiently and effectively

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies

Leverage ATS tools and automation to maintain visibility and momentum across roles
