Position Summary
We are currently seeking an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineering Manager to lead and support engineering projects within our Energy group. This role will provide technical leadership, project oversight, and team management across a variety of energy and industrial projects, including power generation facilities, natural gas compressor stations, LNG facilities, gas processing facilities, and other midstream and downstream infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is a senior I&C professional with strong technical expertise, project experience, and leadership capabilities who can work directly with clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and help grow and develop the I&C engineering practice.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage I&C engineering teams across multiple projects and clients
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to I&C engineers and designers
Serve as a key technical and client-facing leader throughout project execution
Coordinate I&C activities with electrical, mechanical, civil, process, and other engineering disciplines
