We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Operations Specialist to support our Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Account Management teams. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on policy servicing, processing, documentation, and back-office insurance operations. The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple insurance workflows while supporting internal stakeholders such as Account Managers, Loan Officers, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Servicing & CSR Support (Non-Customer Facing)
Process mortgagee clause updates
Add or remove scheduled coverage
Follow up on policy discounts
Make policy edits and corrections (e.g., personal contact information)
Update billing information, including payment plan changes
Process policy cancellations
Review and identify policy changes and assigned tasks (e.g., EZL tasks)
Add or remove drivers and vehicles
Update VINs and correct policy details
Add or update loss payee information
Account Manager Support
Process new insurance requests from Loan Officers
Quote new business as requested
Assist with policy closing tasks, including:
