International Web Access & Compliance Engineer

Level: IC6 / Principal Location: Remote, option for Estonia or Malta Hybrid. Contract: Permanent, Fixed Term (6–12 months) or Service Agreement Reports to: CTO

We are looking for a highly experienced International Web Access & Compliance Engineer to take ownership of web reachability, resilience and geo-performance across multiple international markets.

This is a Principal-level technical role for someone with a strong background in networking, infrastructure or SRE, who can diagnose and solve complex regional accessibility and performance issues across DNS, BGP/routing, CDN, hosting and IP/domain reputation.

Key responsibilities

Own international web reachability and geo-performance across different markets.

Diagnose issues including DNS, routing/peering, CDN, TLS, IP reputation and content filtering.

Design and manage multi-region CDN, DNS (Anycast/GeoDNS) and hosting infrastructure .

Monitor regional availability and performance using tools such as RIPE Atlas, OONI, traceroute/mtr and synthetic monitoring.

Manage domain/IP reputation and work with ISPs, security and filtering providers on legitimate delisting and recategorisation processes.
