About the Company Our client is an established outsourcing company that provides operational support to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and financial planning firms across the US. They support clients with essential back-office functions including client servicing, financial planning support, investment operations, account administration, and other operational processes. Their team works behind the scenes to provide high-quality, efficient support that allows advisors to focus on their clients and core business. They are now looking for an Investment Operations & Client Service Specialist to join the team on a part-time basis, with the potential to increase to full-time as the relationship develops.

About the Role This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on processing investment and client administration tasks quickly and accurately. You will work primarily behind the scenes, supporting advisors and internal teams with tasks such as opening new investment accounts, maintaining existing client accounts, processing money movements, updating client information, and resolving operational issues.
