At IONITY, we are developing digital products that power the e-mobility ecosystem. As an IT Product Owner for an agile backend team, you are responsible for maximizing the value delivered by your agile team within Agile Release Train (ART).  You work closely with Business Owners, Product Management, System Architects, and other Product Owners to understand the vision and roadmap. You translate Features into well-defined Stories and ensure their successful delivery within Planning Intervals (PIs), contributing to a reliable and value-driven flow across domains.

As an IT Product Owner in a SAFe environment, you:

Elicit, clarify, and assess stakeholder needs and requests, making transparent trade-offs based on value, feasibility, risk, and dependencies

Align priorities, requirements, scope boundaries, assumptions, and decisions with relevant business and technical stakeholders

Strongly influence the evolution of your domain and its technical roadmap

Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, structuring it into incremental releases

Translate product features into detailed technical user stories for backend services and domain logic
