About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation / Business Development Sales Representative to help generate new business opportunities
You will be responsible for engaging with prospects, building relationships, and closing sales (B2B)
Key Responsibilities
Contac leads via phone, email, and other outreach methods
Introduce the client's services and identify potential opportunities
Build relationships with decision-makers at nursing homes, hotels, and real estate properties
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the client
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and outcomes
Provide regular updates and communicate with the client multiple times throughout the day
Meet daily and weekly activity targets
Collaborate with management and maintain progress tracking sheets
Requirements
Minimum 2 + years' experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Business Development, or Outbound Sales
