About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Partnerships and Fundraising Lead to join our team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Partnerships you will drive the expansion of INCO’s funding pipeline and high-value strategic relationships on a global scale. Your key responsibilities will include leading multi-market partnership strategies, securing major philanthropic and corporate grants, negotiating complex funding deals, and cultivating high-level donor relationships across our key global markets.
Responsibilities:
Global Strategy & Business Development: Lead the global growth strategy to identify and secure high-value funding opportunities from major corporations, philanthropic foundations, and institutional donors.
Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Map out, engage, and pitch to global decision-makers, driving complex multi-year funding partnerships from initial outreach to contract execution.
