Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to create and maintain learning content that supports Amazon’s Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite broadband network. The primary focus of this role is building new eLearning modules, updating and refreshing existing eLearning, and developing instructor-led training (ILT) resources and job aids.

We are looking for self-motivated professionals with strong instructional-design fundamentals and the ability to turn subject-matter content into clear, engaging, performance-based learning. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Program Managers, balancing speed and quality while working in a fast-paced environment. Being comfortable using modern tools, including AI assistants, to work efficiently is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and evaluate eLearning modules aligned with business objectives

Update and refresh existing eLearning content to keep it accurate and current

Develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials. Including: facilitator guides, participant materials, and activities
