Role Overview We are seeking a client-focused and process-driven Legal Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients across a general practice law firm. This is a full-time, high-volume role requiring exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to assess and qualify leads efficiently while delivering a compassionate and professional client experience from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for all prospective client inquiries via phone, email, and web form

Conduct structured intake interviews to gather relevant case information and assess potential fit

Accurately enter and manage prospect data within the firm's CRM and case management system

Qualify leads and route cases to the appropriate attorney or practice area based on established criteria

Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients to reduce no-show rates
