About the Role

At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring an experienced Loan Coordinator / Lender Liaison to manage active loan files and ensure they move efficiently from submission through closing.

You’ll serve as the primary coordination point between lenders, underwriters, and internal teams , maintaining clear visibility across every active loan while ensuring documentation, conditions, follow-ups, approvals, and deadlines remain on track.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, lender coordination, or real estate financing who understands how to keep deadline-sensitive transactions moving.

If you’re highly organized, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable managing multiple loan files simultaneously, this role is a strong fit.
