About the Company Our client is a rapidly growing coffee roasting and manufacturing business supplying private-label coffee to major US retailers and businesses, including large convenience, restaurant and retail chains. With significant growth comes an increasing volume of shipments and logistics activity. The company is looking for a proactive Logistics & Routing Coordinator to help ensure orders are delivered on time and any issues are quickly resolved.
The Role You will work closely with the Operations and Customer Support teams, coordinating freight and communicating with carriers to ensure shipments are progressing as expected. This is a high-touch coordination role where responsiveness, organisation and follow-through are essential. You will take ownership of logistics issues, communicate updates internally and work directly with carriers to resolve delays, appointment issues and other freight-related problems.
