Key Responsibilities

Use a dialer system to make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers

Qualify leads and present tailored travel opportunities

Present FlyLuxury's premium flight services and packages, close sales, and set appointments

Coordinate and manage bookings for business-class, first-class, and all relevant bookings

Manage all follow-up communications (email, text, phone calls) to maintain warm leads

Track and report on sales activity and conversion metrics

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets

Assist the marketing team with outbound campaigns and promotions to drive bookings

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering seamless, personalized service
