About the Role We're hiring a Marketing Director to own and scale our entire marketing function across both B2C and B2B. This is a builder's role for someone with a co-founder mentality, someone who takes full ownership of strategy and execution, thrives in ambiguity, and moves fast in a high-growth environment. You'll architect and run a full-funnel growth engine, build and lead the marketing team, and own the tech stack and the numbers. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Clinical, and Product to keep our messaging accurate and consistent across socials, our website, conferences, and customer communication.
