Marketing Manager

VirtuHire is looking for a mid-to-senior level Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help grow our brand, online presence and client pipeline.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop marketing strategy while also executing campaigns across digital, social, content, email and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and understand how to use marketing to generate awareness, leads and new clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute VirtuHire 's overall marketing strategy and campaigns.

Manage and grow VirtuHire 's LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok presence.

Manage and improve VirtuHire website, including content, SEO and lead generation opportunities.

Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and client communications.

Create engaging content including written content, short-form video and thought leadership.

Identify opportunities to generate new clients and inbound leads through digital marketing.

Explore and develop podcast, video and other content opportunities for VirtuHire .

Identify relevant PR agencies, publications, podcasts...
