About the Role
This is a founding engineer opportunity at an early-stage AI infrastructure startup building the backbone for AI-native service businesses. You will help define the technical foundation of a platform where AI workers execute tasks and human operators orchestrate at scale. Your work will directly shape the architecture, culture, and trajectory of the engineering team.
What You'll Do
Design and build core infrastructure that enables AI agents to reliably execute complex, real-world service workflows.
Make foundational architectural decisions that will influence the system for years to come.
Collaborate closely with the founder to translate product vision into robust, scalable engineering.
Establish engineering practices, tooling, and standards as one of the earliest technical hires.
Iterate rapidly on systems that sit at the intersection of AI orchestration and operational reliability.
What We're Looking For
8 to 10 or more years of software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping production systems.
Strong CS fundamentals and experience designing distributed or infrastructure-level systems.
