micro1 is engaging Military Operations & Reporting SMEs to collaborate on a customer's project, leveraging deep subject matter expertise in military operations, staff processes, and recurring reporting. In this role, you'll apply your real-world DoD experience to help train next-generation AI systems. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

Review and evaluate military and DoD reporting content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with real-world procedures.

Apply firsthand experience gathering information from multiple teams or staff sections and turning it into reports and executive updates for senior leadership.

Provide high-quality written feedback on AI-generated reporting materials.

Assess AI outputs for appropriate military terminology, reporting standards, and information synthesis.

Develop and refine realistic reporting examples and scenarios for AI training.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience within the U.S. Department of Defense as a uniformed service member, DoD civilian, or both.
