About the Role

This is not a junior appointment-setting role.

We are looking for a senior, commercially mature BDM who can personally generate and qualify pipeline in the initial phase, while also helping design the repeatable sales infrastructure required to scale the function over time.

The person must be hands-on in the first 3-6 months. We do not want someone who only manages others or only expects inbound leads. They need to make calls, run LinkedIn outreach, send emails, qualify prospects, and book high-quality meetings. At the same time, they need to be senior enough to qualify opportunities properly before they reach leadership. We do not want a high volume of weak appointments creating a bottleneck.

Key Responsibilities

Build targeted prospect lists across New Zealand and Australia.

Generate outbound pipeline for Salesforce services and CRM / BI.

Run outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
