Offshore Recruitment/Delivery Consultant

Remote, South Africa

This role is responsible for personalized, one-to-one candidate engagement, ongoing CRM management, and supporting the placement process. The focus is on building trusted relationships with US-based professionals and ensuring the client can rapidly match candidates to roles. Over time, this role will also conduct first-stage candidate interviews.

Area of Focus Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) & Allied Health Recruitment (USA) All recruitment activity will focus on professionals working in the ABA and allied health space, supporting autism and ADHD services across the United States.

Key role types include:

Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs)

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Occupational Therapists (OTs)

Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs)

Social Workers

Conduct tailored, one-to-one outreach via LinkedIn, email, text, and phone to US-based ABA/allied health professionals.
