You'll ensure data accuracy, support our sales and production teams, and help drive efficiency across the organization. A deep understanding of the lead lifecycle and the ability to hold team members accountable within the CRM is essential to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities

CRM Management: Oversee and maintain our Jungo CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.

Data Accuracy: Perform regular data audits to uphold data integrity and identify areas for improvement.

Lead Tracking: Monitor the movement of leads through the CRM from entry to close, ensuring proper follow-through at each stage.

Team Support: Assist sales and production teams with CRM-related concerns, generate reports, and help facilitate smooth interdepartmental communication.
