We're a staffing agency hiring on behalf of a high-growth consulting and marketing firm dedicated to helping US-based Medical Spas (MedSpas) launch, scale, and maximize profitability.

Their team delivers high-performing Meta advertising campaigns, dedicated sales appointment setting, and end-to-end technical infrastructure for spa owners.

We are looking for an Operations & Marketing Implementation Specialist who takes immense pride in high-integrity work, managing processes meticulously, and proactively solving problems before they reach leadership.

Role Overview

This role serves as the central engine connecting our marketing, technical delivery, and client onboarding operations. You will be responsible for building out client GoHighLevel (GHL) environments, organizing project tasks in ClickUp, ensuring smooth payment integrations via Stripe, and creating supporting marketing assets (graphic templates, video edits, and AI copy).
