Dunhill Corporation is a growing e-commerce business sourcing products globally and selling across North America, with the United States as its primary market. Amazon is our main sales channel, supported by Walmart, eBay, Etsy, FAIR, AirGoods, and wholesale relationships with private retailers.

Our private-label brands include Gourmandity , specialising in gourmet European food, and For Your Elves , a candy brand. Our approximately 30-person team works across the UK, Australia, South Africa, and the US in a high-performing, collaborative, and easygoing environment.

Requirements

Analyse sales data and market trends to support purchasing decisions.

Plan and place supplier orders in line with business requirements.

Manage ongoing communication with approximately 10–20 vendors each month.

Track order progress, supplier commitments, and delivery deadlines.

Coordinate warehouse preparation and readiness for onward fulfilment.

Liaise with Amazon on relevant order and fulfilment matters.

Identify delays or discrepancies early and coordinate their resolution.
