We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative (B2C) to join our growing team. This role focuses on contacting warm leads who have already expressed interest in the services provided to patients within nursing homes and care facilities.

The successful candidate will engage with patients and their family members, guide them through the onboarding process, and ensure all required documentation is completed to facilitate insurance and co-payment arrangements.
