Paralegal (Litigation, Corporate & Legal Research) – Remote | U.S. Hours

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility for filings & deadlines)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Paralegal to provide hands-on legal support across litigation, corporate, and compliance matters.

This is not an admin role — this is a substantive legal support position . You will be responsible for drafting documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring cases move forward accurately and on time .

What You’ll Own

Legal Drafting (Core Responsibility)

Draft and prepare:

Contracts

Pleadings

Motions

Discovery requests/responses

Corporate governance documents

Ensure all work is accurate and aligned with attorney guidance

Legal Research & Analysis

Conduct research using:

Westlaw

LexisNexis

Analyze:

Case law

Statutes

Regulations

Deliver concise, actionable research memos

Case Preparation & Litigation Support

Prepare:

Deposition summaries

Exhibits

Trial binders

Track:

Litigation calendars

Filing deadlines
