Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Patient Consent Coordinator. Our client is a US-based healthcare organization that coordinates genetic testing services for patients across the country. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between the client and patients, reaching out by phone after a physician has ordered genetic testing, guiding patients through the consent process with clarity and care, and ensuring all records are accurately maintained in the client's portal.

This is a fully remote, phone-based position requiring a high level of professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. You will work standard US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours and must be comfortable managing sensitive patient conversations with empathy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Contact patients by phone following a physician's referral for genetic testing to explain the consent process and address any questions

Obtain verbal or documented patient consent in accordance with the client's established protocols
