Overview

Quest Software is looking for a skilled Regional Payroll Sr. Advisor to join our Global Finance and Shared Services team across multiple countries.

This position will be responsible for processing company payroll. Will ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and company deductions. Prepare statistical reports on salaries, commissions, bonuses, vacation, sick, disability and workers compensation leave, taxes and withholdings. Prepares and review Payroll Journal entries.

Principal Accountabilities

Lead end-to-end payroll operations across an assigned region including EMEA, APJ, or other designated countries.

Ensure payroll is processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with local statutory requirements.

Manage regional relationships with outsourced payroll providers.

Process and review payroll calculations including earnings, commissions, bonuses, equity transactions, taxes, benefits, deductions, and off-cycle payments.

Oversee payroll reconciliations, reporting, audits, payroll journals, and funding activities.

Monitor payroll compliance with country-specific labor, tax, social insurance, and reporting regulations.
