Product Analyst

Our team is focused on building scalable products and sustainable business models that shape the future of education. We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Platform Development Team. Working hand-in-hand with the Product Manager, you will build product analytics for our core platform from the ground up - and become the person who understands user behavior on the platform better than anyone else.

What You'll Do:

Build product analytics for the core platform together with the Product Manager: define key metrics, events, funnels, and approaches to evaluating user experience.

Design and maintain the event tracking framework - ensuring data is complete, consistent, and trusted across product and technical teams.

Identify insights across user journeys, segments, and platform usage scenarios - and automate their regular discovery.

Create and evolve dashboards, alerts, and analytics infrastructure used by product and engineering teams for day-to-day decisions.
