Project Manager Summary This position is Remote. Responsible for the direction and performance of all designs, procurement, construction and set-up for future operations on a specific project to ensure the work is performed in conformance to the project objectives and requirements. Responsible for project schedule, cost and quality. Represent the interests of Cordia during all project activities. Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area

Prepare and monitor compliance with the Project Execution Plan and Project Charter.

Advise management on progress, costs, schedules, and client relations at regular intervals.

Responsible for ensuring Job Status Reports (Internal and external) are properly reviewed with the project team prior to issuance.

Monitor the contractors’ performance against schedule and budget, identifying and rectifying deviations.

Support commercial agreement development and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.

Monitor and guide engineering development

Monitor and guide procurement activities

Define path of construction, resource plan and implement plan

Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems.
