Role overview

Remote Recruitment places South African talent with UK employers, and this is a full-time, 100% remote position working UK business hours. In this role, you will own the purchase ledger, from supplier invoice to approved payment, for a UK company. You will join a friendly team, work with clear processes, and have the support you need to do your best work from home.

Key responsibilities

Enter supplier invoices accurately into the ledger

Match invoices to orders and delivery notes

Resolve invoice queries with suppliers

Prepare payment proposals for approval

Reconcile supplier statements to the ledger

What you'll need

Experience on a purchase ledger or accounts payable, with examples of accurate processing

Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage

Good Excel skills
