About the Role

We are looking for a confident, organized, and customer-focused Remote Receptionist to support a construction business focused on roofing and custom home services.

This is a highly phone-based role combining inbound lead response, outbound follow-up, cold calling, appointment booking, and call tracking. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for potential customers, helping turn inquiries into booked consultations while ensuring every interaction is properly documented.

What You’ll Own

Inbound Lead Response

Receive and handle calls from leads who have submitted forms through the company website.

Qualify their interest and understand their needs.

Move qualified leads toward a booked appointment with the appropriate team member.

Outbound Lead Follow-Up

Proactively call prospects who have expressed interest but have not yet converted.

Keep the pipeline warm through consistent follow-up.

Reduce drop-off between initial inquiry and consultation.

Cold Calling

Conduct structured outbound cold calling campaigns.
