About the Role

Are you a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a passion for recruitment? Our company is looking for 360 Degree Cycle Recruiters to join our sales team in KZN. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for talent, strong sales acuity, and a drive to succeed. As a 360 Degree Recruiter, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and identifying client needs to sourcing candidates and closing placements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and utilize CRM and ATS systems and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho Recruit or Manatal.

1. Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate new business leads and expand our client base.

Virtual Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations to clients via MS Teams or similar platforms, showcasing our recruitment solutions effectively.

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
