Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive remote Dispatcher to coordinate the daily schedules and logistics of our field technicians. The Dispatcher will optimize technician schedules, maximize job density across service territories, and help field teams stay focused on completing inspections and testing.
In this position, you’ll serve as a central point of contact for 20+ field technicians, working closely with the Technician Supervisor, Project Coordinating team, laboratories, and administrative staff. You’ll coordinate daily schedules, respond to real-time field issues, arrange vehicle and equipment maintenance, and manage courier routes to support efficient field operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to make practical decisions when schedules or field conditions change.
