Scope of Work

Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify areas where operational logic and policies are out of alignment.

Surface and document instances of policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, permissions mismatches, and ambiguous or undocumented processes.

Draft precise operational prompts and recommendations that outline the correct handling of complex or ambiguous scenarios within the SaaS revenue stack.

Evaluate and articulate the desired state of underlying data, correcting discrepancies and ensuring logical consistency across systems.
