Revit Structural Drafter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Structural Drafter to join our engineering and design team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating engineering concepts and sketches into precise structural construction documents using CAD and BIM software. Distinct from a traditional drafting role, you will use your understanding of structural mechanics to perform preliminary calculations, layout load paths, and detail complex assemblies for both light-frame wood construction and reinforced concrete structures .

Requirements

Desirable knowledge & skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering .

Experience: 2 to 5+ years of structural drafting experience with a proven track record in wood and concrete.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit, and structural analysis software (e.g., Enercalc , RISA , WoodWorks, or RAM).

Licensing: EIT preferred; SE/PE track is a plus.

Traits: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication skills.

CAD/BIM Proficiency : Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Structure.
