The client

Advertising and consultancy services company working with RevOps infrastructure for B2B teams. They build the systems that make growth work.

The founder has reached the point most agency founders reach eventually. Their days are full of client emails, chasing the team, managing delivery risk and keeping projects from slipping. None of it is optional and all of it is in their head. The problem is not only the hours it eats.
