Our client in the UK is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Agent to support their business growth while delivering exceptional service to new and existing clients. This role blends inbound customer support with outbound sales and business development, ensuring clients receive fast, accurate, and professional assistance throughout their engagement with the company.
You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, manage client relationships, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate understands how to speak to customers in the construction, property, and surveying sectors and is confident in both service and sales interactions.
