About the Role At Pavago , we are hiring for one of our clients seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow their home health care business. This role will focus on converting inbound leads, building referral partnerships, and developing a consistent sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who understands the importance of proactive follow-up, relationship building, and maintaining a structured sales process. You will work closely with prospective clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community referral partners to generate new business and support client growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Sales

Respond promptly to inbound leads and prospective client inquiries.

Conduct phone, email, and text follow-ups with prospects and families.

Manage leads through the sales funnel from initial inquiry through consultation, assessment, and admission.

Maintain consistent follow-up with active, inactive, and older leads.
