About the role:

We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced SAP Primary Support Engineer to join our growing SAP practice and play a key role in supporting mission-critical SAP environments for our clients.

This is more than a traditional support role. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of SAP cases, combining your technical ABAP expertise with strong functional SAP knowledge to investigate issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.

You’ll work closely with customers, delivery teams and technical specialists, helping ensure their SAP environments remain reliable, efficient and continually improving.

This is full-time, fully remote work.

What you’ll be doing:

As our SAP Primary Support Engineer, you'll:

Own & solve SAP cases : Provide expert SAP support across modules such as SD, FICO, HR/Payroll, WM, BW and/or MM, investigating issues, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions

Configure & optimise : Troubleshoot, configure and optimise SAP solutions, ensuring reliable performance and a great user experience
