JOB OVERVIEW

The YOUKNOW Analytics & Insights team is seeking a strategic Senior Analytics Manager to bridge the gap between analytics, product development, and team management. As a senior member of the team, your mission goes beyond reporting; you will own key client relationships and mentor junior analysts. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, using data to validate marketing and commercial decisions. We’re looking for a leader who optimises the team’s output and ensures that data-driven stories are effectively communicated to stakeholders. This role is perfect for a high-performing individual ready to shape the department’s analytical standards and culture.

Core Responsibilities

1. Compilation and Support: Follow and execute on client briefs for reporting and analysis purposes. Support analysts with compilation hours where necessary as well as maintain your own reporting responsibilities, which include:

Pulling exports

Cleaning data

Visualising data

Deriving compelling insights

○ Providing consultative advice and strategic insights

Presenting insights to key stakeholders (internal and external)
