JOB OVERVIEW

The YOUKNOW Analytics & Insights team is seeking a strategic Senior Analytics Manager to bridge the gap between analytics, product development, team management, and sales enablement. As a senior member of the team, your mission goes beyond reporting; you will own key client relationships, mentor junior analysts, and shape our product offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, using data to validate marketing and commercial decisions while actively identifying opportunities to upsell YOUKNOW’s technology suite and market its various solutions. We’re looking for a leader who optimises the team’s output and ensures that data-driven stories are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
