Senior Business Analyst - Shared Services

PURPOSE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of our HR, Real Estate, Legal and other shared services applications. In this role, you will act as a liaison between users across the organization and the IT department, enhancing the solution platform to meet the needs and goals of the business. This role supports the business by analyzing business needs, solidifying requirements, troubleshooting of issues, training focal points users, managing projects and defining solutions. Additionally, as a member of the IT Applications Team, you will provide functional and technical support to Business Users to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Team members are expected to become the experts for their applications and have strong knowledge of business processes supported by the Team.
