Job Summary Lead and manage employment compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws across a multi-state workforce. Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to mitigate risk, support regulatory compliance, and respond to audits, investigations, and agency inquiries. Develop and maintain employment policies, compliance reporting, and audit processes while monitoring regulatory changes and implementing required updates. Provide guidance and training to leaders and employees on employment law requirements and best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert, helping drive consistent, compliant workforce practices across the organization. Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 7 years of professional experience in HR, Legal or Compliance roles; or 11 years of experience in HR Compliance.
