About the Role

At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing execution, social media, CRM operations, content coordination, program administration, and executive workflows.

This is a hands-on execution role , not a marketing strategy or leadership position. You’ll work closely with leadership to keep campaigns, content, systems, communication, and day-to-day operations organized and moving forward.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, digitally savvy, and excellent at follow-through .

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Social Media

Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms

Manage engagement, DMs, and community interactions

Support promotions, events, and advertising campaigns

Track basic social performance and maintain reporting

Content & Digital Assets

Edit short-form videos and create social media graphics

Use tools such as Canva, VEED, and OpusClip

Organize and format workbooks, guides, scripts, and program materials
